Two days ago Docker released a new docker For windows 10 Edge version with updates for Docker Compose and Kuberntes.
This update also allows changing the MobyLinux Virtual Machine hard disk that allows us to run Linux Containers.
Currently, the default Virtual machine size Is 60GB and for large deployments, It’s not enough.
Kubernetes 1.9.2. Is also packed with this version and will automatically be updated at the restart
To update Docker use the Docker For Window Update screen to start the process.
Kubernetes is an open-source system for automating deployment, scaling and management of containerized applications that was originally designed by Google and donated to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation.
It aims to provide a “platform for automating deployment, scaling, and operations of application containers across clusters of hosts”. It supports a range of container tools, including Docker.
